I bought a new fifth wheel in 2014, most of the stuff that needed repairs even stuff that was under warranty I would rather fix it myself. I am certified in gas Technition also a liscence as sheet metal worker, also liscenced in air conditioning with 40 years of construction experience. When it comes to needing assistance or a call back or forwarding some info back to you Alco rates the worst. It takes 3 or 4 calls and still no real solution. I have even sent an e mail on some concerns and still not even a reply or even an acknowledgement that they have received it. I even phoned to make sure that it was forwarded to the right person and to certify that he did receive it. I am still waiting on a response that I e mailed in June and we are in September. I would rather e mail someone cause then I get there name and nothing is lost in the translation. I live 100 miles from the RV centre. Even for warranty parts while the unit was under warranty took numerous phone calls and weeks to receive the warranty parts. I resorted to buying the parts at a nearby rv centre. I even have three different copies of the bill of sale with the same contract number. How is that possible? Not sure what's going on. All I wanted was answers on how to proceed with my problem. I am just stating how my experience has been with Alco Vr. Thanks for listening. Bob
