: I purchased a dress worth $279.99 from Laura in Prince George on September 12th and returned it on Monday September 18th for an exchanges because I had gotten it for myself as a replacement because an online order hadn’t delivered . So I decided to give it to my mum but it didn’t fit my mum(she was to wear it for my birthday dinner). On getting to the store, the sales rep was very rude and said the dress ripped at the tag and that I had taken the tag off, of which I didn’t.
At first they denied that tags aren’t usually put on the spot it was on the dress but luckily for me , I had taken a picture of with the dress while at the store and it showed clearly where the dress tag still was, which I tried explaining but they weren’t willing to listen to me.
The next thing the reps could say was, well there is nothing we can do, please leave the store, looking me at the with a disgusting look. It was a very painful experience as I was humiliated.
Because I really wanted a dress for my mum, I still went ahead to buy her another dress same time at the store but I couldn’t help but cry in there because of how I was talked to and treated unfairly.
