Les rdv sont souvent annulés à la dernière minute. Il y a toujours des extras à payer (leur tactique pour aller chercher plus d'argent) les cils tombent rapidement sans les vrais cils donc colle mauvaise ou technique de pose. J y allais aux 3 semaines mais il aurait fallu que j y aille chaque semaine tellement ça tombait vite et malgré un entretien rigoureux. Très mauvais service. Machine à faire de l'argent. La satisfaction et le respect du client ne valent rien
Horrible experience! They advertise satisfaction guarantee and that’s a complete lie. I had an appointment for lash lift and when the appointment ended, I saw absolutely no results! I paid $55 for them to ruin my lashes with their cheap products bought off Amazon. It caused me irritation around my eyes and they will not refund me for the job that they did with no results. It shows they are not experienced by the products they are using and seeing they only have 1 post on social media. I do not recommend them at all for lash lift
